When we say knowledge base we simply mean a central source of all your systems and procedures that can be accessed via a normal web browser. TKO provides a convenient way to publish your systems (e.g “the way you we do things”) through the use of your standard web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome. safari etc). Simply find a location on a shared network drive or web server and publish your output.
